60 g of soybean
1.2 L of filtered water
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Soak the soya beans about 8am. Then rinse it and place it on your machine soy milk.Add the water and seeds. Turn the machine on "Soymilk"and leave the work.
In the end, use the strainer that comes with the machine to separate the milk from thepulp and has your drink ready for consumption.

3 tablespoons of chia seeds
lemon juice q.b.
Mix the seeds in water and let stand for a few minutes. Add the lemon juice to taste. If you want to add a sweetener to your taste and mild to cool down or add some ice.
